It is very important to us that our clients decide for themselves what they want to do with their money. While we know that a profesisonal must be paid for his/her services, our mission is to leave the control of how much to the client.
While industry professionals do not like the idea of discounting a commission rate, there is not standard and it is clearly stated in our ethics. This rate is chosen by each agent according to how they feel they should be compensated. Our system simply puts that control back in your hands.
